[This one's a bit shorter than some, but it's still pretty paragraph heavy. x.x]

Nebiroth groaned in annoyance from seeing his friend Bob staring at Sandra earlier, and then running off suddenly to the battle at the bridge. He would've also had gone with the others to the bridge, however he felt it was his duty to watch the girl who killed Sardius and freed him from his rule.

[Yeah, Nebi kinda becomes a sort of guardian that's not just another one of her summons. o.o]

Sandra was still much out of it, and while she was no longer communicating in her dreams, she would be out at LEAST another hour or two. She was much like her sister Paula, when both fell asleep from fatigue, it took a long time for them to wake up, and usually only they could wake themselves up in advance before they were fully rested.

[My excuse as to why Sandra hadn't jumped willy-nilly into the Crypha battle. Again you could say I was worried she'd end up finding some way to one shot Crypha if she had shown up. Again, it turned out to be a pretty good thing she had not. >.>]

Sandra had good reason to be all tired, she had exhausted a good 1/3 of her magic[she has a large reserve though, so it still counts as a lot of strain], and the excitement of the day, coupled up with the drain from the portal home had taken it's toll on her. She hadn't even heard GMOE's call for the others to arrive at the bridge to fight Crypha.

Nebiroth on the other hand, rarely if ever had need for sleep, but of course he felt it as his new duty to watch over Sandra when she was tired out or in no condition to fight, which was pretty much now, so he was unable to run over to help the others fight. He felt guilty, as they had helped him in many binds, and even in the fight against ChaosGallentmon.

[Even Nebiroth obviously understands honor and friendship, even if it's hard for something born under such an evil monachy as Sardius's to actually turn out such a way. :P]

Back on the Nomad, captain Jamar was in the scientists' area, and he was quite agitated, to say the least, of the fact Cryphra was even down on Earth. This is a frickin' disaster! We've still got next to no information on the resistors, and the scientists have the nerve to create another weapon when I ordered them NOT to until more info was found! Not to mention our prisoner's one squad was freakin' responsible for her release! I fear she has no chance. It's not wise to send weapons blindly into battle when we have next to nothing on our enemies!

[Even now, I don't think I'd have changed Jamar's disdain for the blindly-looking approach his people are taking with the development of weapons/creatures for use against the other good guys. Though I'm sure I'd have found a different means to have him express it. :P]

Jamar suddenly spoke to his team in a verbal tone, "I am VERY disappointed in you all for being so dang careless! I thought I specfically ordered you fools NOT to make anything else until the ground team dug up a lot more info on our enemies on the planet?! Who decided to make Cryphra anyways?!" "Um, Nole did. He said something about a weak spot found on the one Nebiroth being, something about ice effecting it, and said it was okay to procede."

[Introduction to another side-villain: Nole. >.>]

"You knuckleheaded ingrates!!" Jamar growled, "That thing does not likely have such a weakness!! From what ChaosGallentmon blabbed about before his demise, his only weakpoint is his head, and not any element! Nole's full of crap to believe such stupidity! In times like this you don't make stupid decisions, especially if your info is sketchy! Do you all realize if Cryphra fails... that we only have enough resources for ONE more weapon?! It's likely she is going to fail too! I have a bad feeling! There was a reason we froze this planet in the first place. The resources on this planet would've allowed us to make more weapons to use against the rebels!

[Cutting into this long-winded rant of Jamar's to address that in fact the attack on Earth was to gather resources for more specialized creatures like Smidgen or Pictos, except for use on the 'rebels', whom are still unidentified at this point. He makes a damn good point about the fact they're limited on resources, although I don't think we know for a long time what kind of resources they use in the first place. >.>]

But these half-arsed attempts to make weapons without even knowing of the resistors and their powers and uniquenesses is foolish!! We only had Pictos as a back-up weapon to fight the resistors. We were able to gather more resources from the planet to later make Smidgen, but his defeat should've been the last one due to stupidity on all of our parts! Pictos' death isn't such a low blow because we had no idea of the resistors' powers at the time! But more should've been found even prior to Smidgen's death! No more weapons are to be made until the ground team learns as much as it can frickin' possibly learn!! Do you understand me?! And when that time comes, I will be PERSONALLY in charge of this weapon! I will make sure if we have only one weapon, that it's created to be as good as possible!"

[Yeah, make fun of him all you want about his ranting and raving, but at least he didn't SHOOT anyone this time. >.> Ah dammit, I made another short-fuse joke again. I can't help it, Jamar... :P]

"Yes, captain." many of the scientists said, shuddering at Jamar's anger. However, one scientist, Nole, was only pretending to shudder, Jamar, your time as captain of the Nomad is dwindling short! I led that squad to here, and made it seemed they released that weapon in an attempt for it to assassinate you, not to bring down the resistors!

[Oooooh.... mutiny among shipmates... I likey... :D]

However your stupid lapdog crew is so quick that she didn't have time to kill you. Don't worry Jamar, I'll make sure your end comes, and the end of any who dare oppose me and serve you, even if I have to manipulate your final weapon, or even the resistors on the planet to do so. Then I will destroy them as well, and then the statis beam will go on to other worlds, under my own command!!

[Nole is very ambitious, you gotta give him that. :P]

Jamar re-entered the deck., and re-opened a link with his command. "Ground command, do you have any read outs on the action down there?" Back down on the surface, outside of the complex, a nameless ground team member spoke, "Yes, the entirity of the resistors have ran off to face Cryphra, and just recently, that Happy Bob guy also ran by here in a big hurry.

"So the complex is empty and unguarded?" "Not sure about unguarded sir, but... WAIT!!" "Huh?" "My scanner... it's picking up the outline of a large looking being inside the complex... hold on a sec, cap'n." "Sure sure... find out what you can." Seconds later the ground member came back on estatic, "It is! The signature is of that Nebiroth creature! He's inside the complex, and he seems all alone!"

[My guess is I was thinking that Sandra's being asleep means she's 'powered down' at such a low level she's not really known of to the Nomad's people yet, despite the brief description of her in Pikabot's last story post. :P]

"Good... maybe Cryphra's arrival on the planet has had some good things come of it, like a distraction. If at all possible, try to sneak inside the complex, and scan, learn, and if you're brave enough, capture that Nebiroth creature!!" "Yes sir! We'll see what we can do on all of those fronts, and keep hidden at the same time. We believe the security MAY be still left on just in case... I guess they don't want us near that creature, but we'll find a way, Cap'n"

["And we'll steal yas some great technology from the complex while we're at it, matey!" XD]

"Good, at least I can rely on you down there more than these fools up here on the Nomad!" Jamar said and clicked out of of the link. The ground team was now slowly moving towards the complex, trying to see if there might be a way into the complex to find, study and if humanly possible, capture the demonoid called Nebiroth. They had no idea who else was in there, but they assumed Nebiroth was resting from his previous complishments, as it had been only about 70 minutes since the destruction of ChaosGallentmon at the hands of an unknown foe...

[Again, techincally Sandra is still almost 100% unknown of to the Nomad at this point, or at least that was my implication, since her method of fighting of DWGM and Gallent was intended to be quick and mostly stealth-based. <.<]

(Ok, Nole isn't an AC either. I thought that if one of the crew was planning insurrection against the others that it might make things on the Nomad more interesting. Do whatever you wish with Nole. As for Nebiroth and Sandra still at the complex, GMOE, Sandra's a lot more tired than you might have thought, and I never did say she woke up in my last post. Nebiroth, as said in the story, is sorta her guardian, which is why he's still there, and also for a nitch of extra complex security while the others are out. Thanks all. Oh, and one last thing Losarian: Flare is not Fire-elemental, Sandra's is like the FF6's Flare[typeless damage], not Chrono Trigger's. Sorry if I had you confused.)

[Yeah, there was a mix up where Losarian had Jeff mention that the Flare spell Sandra destroyed Gallent with was the one from Chrono Trigger when it's actually the non-elemental version in the FF series. :P]
