[Yeah, in honesty, as I mentioned before, they wouldn't know exactly what they were shooting at. >.>]
Zac sighed. "Well, we're kinda stretching for ideas here..."
GMOE rolled his eyes. "What are we supposed to do NOW!"
[Maybe not just stand around, perhaps? :P]
The group began discussing plans. Without really having any idea of what was happening, it was a difficult process...
Smidgen sneaked up behind them. It ducked down like a cat and prepared to pounce.
"They way I see it is-"
GULP!!!
GMOE was cut off as Smidgen struck. The creature's mouth opened wide and devoured the poor Mog. Smidgen rolled on the ground in front of everyone then stopped and stood seemingly calmly.
[GMOE, this is why I said to NOT just stand around! XD
Also, notice Starstorm had GMOE get eaten, not Matt. As mentioned, we're a bit more leinient on each other about using each other's ACs. :P]
The group looked on in shock, and drew their weapons. Smidgen smiled gleefully at this display.
"What the heck is THAT!" stammered Zac.
Smidgen closed it's eyes and concentrated. It began to "digest" it's meal. And aura of white light encompassed the creature. Small red wings sprouted from it's back, and a single bobbing antenna (maybe that's not the best word for it...) from it's head.
[A Kirbmog? Smidgen goes from Kirby to a Kirbmog?! :o]
Content with this metamorphesis, it spit out the shaken mog.
"Ugghhh" gurgled GMOE, lying stunned on the ground. "That was easily the worst experience of my life." Kyle helped him to his feet.
[Could be worse, he could've 'truly' digested you and killed you off completely, GMOE. :O]
Smidgen hopped up and down with pleasure. It enjoyed it's new power and was ready to try it out. It quickly pivoted to face Matt.
It cooed and let loose it's attack. Turrents of holy energy burst from it's hands. It rocketed towards Matt and delivered a glancing blow.
[Pretty good luck, Matt has. <.<]
"Hey!" exclaimed GMOE. "That's MY attack!"
[Uh, yeah. Haven't you ever SEEN Kirby or Majin Buu before? :P]
Brett grinned coldly. "Well it doesn't take a genius to figure this one out..."
[XD. My thoughts exactly, Brett.]
Matt retorted from the attack quickly and began his onslaught.
"Web!"
Sticky strands shot from Matt's fingertips, forming a net over Smidgen. Unable to move, the creature growled unhappily.
Wasting no time, Matt leaped into the air and slashed.
"Gravity Blade!"
Seeing this attack coming, Smidgen focused the holy energy in his hands. Two golden sword materialized. It used them to cut the web and roll out of the way just in time.
[Yep, imitating GMOE's dual Holy-sword thing now.]
Matt struck the ground hard. The sheer force caused the earth to crack and leave a small crater. Temporarily disabled from the shock, Smidgen made his move. Cooing happily it leaped up and devoured Matt.
GULP!!!
[BLEH!!! XD]
"Crud!" exclaimed Zac, watching on as as Smidgen began to digest the fighter. "Everyone circle around it! As soon as it spits Matt out strike!"
[Actually, not a bad idea. Smidgen isn't TOO dangerous to others yet while 'digesting' his current prey.]
The others complied, but things were not looking good. Smidgen had just shot up 2 feet, as did his swords...
[Yeah, just like... oh... MAJIN BUU. >.>]

[Don't get the "Eternal Newb" thing...]
It was not long before Matt, another resident of Threed, realized something was terribly wrong. It took him a bit longer then most, since it was the weekend and he had slept in.
[Man, Threed's an AC hotspot in Frozen, isn't it? :P]
As he awoke, he looked at his alarm clock.
"12:32pm?" gurgled Matt. "Why'd I have to get up so early?" He groaned as he pulled himself away from the comfort of his bed. Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, he decided to open the blinds to let some light in.
[12:32pm is early? XD]
"What the?!"
A bird floated near his window, motionless but still airborn. Matt stared at it in awe. How could that be? He peered down his street to see more of the same. Everyone was frozen in place.
[This is probably the fourth writer to use the "bird suspended in mid-air, frozen in time" angle to make the point to the reader of the time-freeze. XD]
Matt dressed quickly and ventured outdoors. He was obviously really freaked out by what was happening. It was like something taken from a 1960s sci-fi movie.
[You related to the kid from Secret of Evermore, Matt? ;D]
He noticed something walking in the distance. It was too small to be a person, but nevertheless it was moving! At top speed he approached the creature.
Matt slowed to a stop and the two met. Rather confused by each other, the two stared at each other blankly.
[Some stare blankly, others scream bloody murder. It depends on the ACs in the question and their personalities. >.>]
"Whoah, what a weird little thing" thought Matt. "It looks like a hybrid between a cat and a teddy-bear. Wonder if it talks..."
[A Teddy-Cat? XD]
"Whoah, what a weirdo" thought GMOE. "Who carries around a sword in the suburbs? And what's with that haircut? Looks like he just got out of bed..."
[LOL, you're a Mog, GMOE! You mean to tell me you don't have other sword-wielding friends running around most of the time? XD]
"Why don't you take a picture; it lasts longer" remarked GMOE, who was fed up with the whole staring contest.
[lawl]
"Oh...sorry." said Matt apologetically. "Um, who and what are you and how come you're not frozen like everything else?"
"I'm the Greatest Mog on Earth." replied GMOE. [sorry to cut in, but 'lawl' again :P] "And I'm not sure why I can move. Maybe cause I'm pretty strong or that I'm a Mog..."
Matt nodded weakly. He was admittedly creeped out by this creature but it seemed friendly enough.
"Alright...anyway...considering the fact that we might be the only ones who are not frozen I think we should help each other out."
[Yeah, because a Teddy-Cat doesn't look suscipious, but cute! ^_^]
GMOE agreed. "Sounds good, er..."
"Matt"
"...Matt. But we might not be the only ones. I sense some power fluctuations to the west. That's where I was heading."
"Um..okay. Lets go then..." stuttered Matt.
(You'd be freaked out too if you saw mog on the street)
