[More from me. :P]

Back in in the guest quarters, Sandra finally woke up with a refreshed look in her purple eyes. She yawned and looked about, seeing that Nebiroth wasn't in the room. "Must be eating again... guy's got quite the stomach. I need to find him though."
[God forbid he decides to start eating HUMANS. o.o]
She left the room, and made her way to the pantry, but along the way, she saw some of the group was crowded around a strange misty-thunderical creature. She at first thought it was a weapon, but she saw Bob hanging around with it as it hugged him and give him a few good jolts, and some of the others around her were also looking at the thing.
["thunderical" thing? Way to make up words, past-me. XD]
She then saw Zac walk by and asked, "Zac, where's Brett?" Zac was barely able to stay calm as he explained of Crypha and Brett's death attempting to stop her before Bob reformed her. "WHAT?! He's DEAD?!" she screamed in a near enraged growl, "Not him too!! Why is it everyone I hang around outside of my own true family seems to die soon after?! Darren, Gaibon, the teacher from the magic village! Am I some kind of curse?!"
[Without her big-ass backstory here to fill you in, basically she's lost friends from the other world she was sent to as a child, and she blames herself heavily for at least the first two's death. The teacher mentioned here though wasn't something she could control, but he was murdered obviously, hence her feelings.]
"You weren't there, you couldn't stop them." Zac tried to reassure her. "And I wasn't there for Darren, either! He and I were so close... so dang close!! Cursed Acryllis and his stupid soul stealing!" Sandra was forming small tears and stormed off to finish her search for Nebiroth. Zac almost thought she was just as sad and angry, then even he at Brett's death.
[Sandra's not exactly someone you want to get enraged at you, especially if you just killed people she likes or considere family. Crypha is damned lucky that Zac mentioned Brett's own actions to fight off Crypha were what got him killed, and not it being Crypha herself that killed him. She would at the very least be EXTREMELY distrusting of Crypha, if not outright tempted to destroy her, which would've probably not been too hard considering how powerful she really is. @_@]
"Who's she?" asked Virus from nearby, "Long story... if you guys wanna follow me and such, I'll explain it to you a little about what I've been through lately." Matt, Glenn and Virus decided they should follow their friend to the training area.
Sandra sure enough had found Nebiroth, and once again, Paula and Poo with him. They had been appearantly waiting for her. Duh! We're were gonna go and try to find Mr. Everdred. Stupid me! I almost forgot in my rest time. She formed a small ^_^; on her face, despite her recent hearings of Brett's death.
[I was wrong, the "^_^" face keeps appearing where I least expect it. ._.]
"Sorry about not being there to help you guys out... but..." "We didn't leave either. Ness and Jeff have also been here the whole time, helping Nebiroth in watching the complex. He wonders about their being something strange happening soon." Paula said to her sister and interupting.
[No one in previous posts specfically used any of the chosen four during the Crypha battle, so I made it that they also stayed behind to help Nebi guard Sandra and the complex from enemy attack.]
"Well, you guys heard about Brett, right?" "Sadly, we just heard also. He was very noble to try to do what he did. It just seem quite wasteful after finding out Bob turned his target to our side though. I feel like a real heel for not being there." Poo replied. "Probably nothing like I do, Poo." she replied back, "You don't know how many friends I believe have died because they even knew me. I know these things aren't my direct enemies, but it just seems whomever out of my direct family I'm with dies." she said, still with tears.
[Again more of her moping about people dying of which she couldn't really control. Gaibon's death was the only one she was even there to witness out of the four deaths among her friends, and that was him saving their lives instead. :P]
"I sometimes wonder the same thing for myself." Paula replied, feeling for her sister, "But do you think we're ready to go find Mr. Everdred?" "Yes, we're finally ready." "Rrrr.." Nebiroth suddenly growled. "What's wrong?" asked Poo. "Nebiroth must've had fly land on him, that all." "Oh." "It fine now."
[How the frack can Nebi even NOTICE a fly touching him, considering only his face seems to feel anything? :P]
With that, the group made their way by, asking Bob and Crypha to rely a message to Zac and anyone else wondering where they were. Soon, they had made it outside of the complex, and then down to the sewer manhole on the desolate streets of Threed. They had a small idea of what to do: use the sewers to reach Twoson. Sandra and Paula wanted to see their parents again for the moment. Sandra also had a strange request in mind for her mother...
[I honestly forgot what this 'request' Sandra had of Penelope at this point. It might be mentioned later in the if but I don't know for sure. >.>]
Little did they noticed the hiding ground team, snarling at the fact they were unable to find a way into the complex before the rest of the group returned. "Darn it! I thought Crypha kept them busy, but it seems she's joined them now!" "Well, Nole said she WAS incomplete, so she may have felt abused or neglected or something and turned sides"
[Hey don't fret, ground team, you have plenty of time to find some means to get in.... in 20 years. :P]
"Quiet! We may not be able to get into the complex, but I was able to send some memory readers into the complex. Whatever or whoever they attach to will have their recent 5 years of their memories read to us and accessible. If we can't learn about them from watching their present actions, we'll look into their memories. They can't find the scanners either because they are as small and resemblant to flies, can camoflauge when in flight, and are completely cloaked when attached and perched. They're also remote controlled, so once we study enough of one of their memories, we can go right on to another. Also, when in flight they can serve as micro-cams!"
[Well, I guess I shouldn't be surprised the Nomad would have some kind of technology beyond that of Earth's aside from the ship and the USA. The memory scanners are a means to both have the Nomad gather intelligence on the ACs, and even more so an excuse to give LOTS and LOTS of exposition on whomever they managed to land on and extract memories of. ZXD and I abuse the hell out of this later, and some of the other writers have their own means of using them. :P]
In other words, Nebiroth hadn't felt a fly on his back, it was actually one of the couple dozen deployed Memory scanning devices released by the ground team as a backup plan to find out more about the resistors for the final weapon. Nebiroth trudges through the sewers with Poo, Paula and Sandra for Polestar, unaware the ground team can read his recent 5 years of memories whenever they wanted to for the time...
[5 years was a self-imposed limit, since I didn't want them being a total diablous ex machina (demon in the machine), and giving the Nomad every possible memory of that person (although I think a couple of writers don't remember or ignore the 5-year limitation). <.<]
(yes, those four are splitting off for a while. Hopefully they won't be away from the main group for too long.)
[Obviously, I has my plans of action at this point. More tangents are forming.]
